Newborn – Daily menu

*This page is meant to give you an idea of my daily practice.  Feel free to try it and let me know how it goes.

(Music is very important to me.  I feel like my life is being underscored when there is music being played in the background and when it stops it’s as if my life is begin placed on pause = )

  • Then I start to drink my first 32 oz. bottle of Newborn – Hydrating water.

Next I will watch a video on YouTube to get some inspiration for my day.  (It is good to feel good).

  • I then began to feed  my body.

Grapefruit (regular yellow so it is not too sweet.)

  • I then take my vitamin supplement (k-pax) for people with cancer and auto immune diseases.

  • After about 30 minutes I then have my Newborn – Green Juice & 2 oz. Wheatgrass

  • Next I have a fresh young Thai coconut (liquid and meat) this takes care of my sweet tooth.

  10. Annie Chun’s Seaweed Snacks (better than potato chips and a lot better for you)

  • For my desert I have my:

(I try to eat this alone and not too often so I don’t slow down my healing process.)

*I also can have steamed Artichoke with a dip of my choice.

*Brussel Sprouts steamed is another good and filling food with just a small drizzle of Olive Oil, Eden Organic Seaweed Gormasio and Braggs Aminos.

  • And of course any other vegetables you love.

*I drink at least 75 oz. of water a day and try to drink more.  Hydrate, hydrate hydrate.  This is the key to health body!
