Have a grapefruit. ( regular white not pink because of the sugar content)

If you work away from home you can prepare the following:

Grape or cherry tomatoes.

Grapefruit.

Seaweed snacks.

Coconut water.
When you arrived back home you can prepare:

Newborn – Green juice.

Newborn – Creamy Avocado Soup.

I encouraged You drink water whenever possible. If you are not used to doing this it can be uncomfortable, at first. You will get used to it.
You can have a snack whenever you choose, but, please choose from the following:

Avocado.
-
Tomatoes.
-
Grapefruit.
-
Seaweed snacks.
-
Coconut water.
And any of the other foods that I had introduce on this page.
*I would like you to never be hungry, so you won’t have the urge to give in to your cravings. You should always feel satisfied. Not full, just satisfied. It may take a little while for you to know the difference.
