I shift to a higher spiritual perspective.

Reflection:

I am always finding ways to motivate a paradigm SHIFT to occur within my experience, and I know that it is not always a comfortable process. I know by having this kind of a SHIFT many things can change and propel me forward at a rapid rate, but I also know that by a steady practice of subtle movements, I am also shifting towards a higher perspective. Big or small, I know that by shifting my attitude, I am navigating my experience to expand exponentially.
