Daily Word: Release

As God’s perfect child, I release that which no longer serves me.

Reflection:

Pain is fear leaving the body. It is important for me to remember this when I’m experiencing an uncomfortable emotion. Releasing and letting go renew my body. When I RELEASE negative thought patterns, I make room for positive thought patterns to enter my experience. I live in gratitude of this information, as I practice letting go.
