Lifes simple gifts bring me great joy.

Reflection:

A morning conversation with family brings me JOY. Music brings me JOY.  Hearing the spontaneous laughter from a gathering of friend’s brings me JOY. JOY is the highest vibration on an emotional scale. It is important for me to fill as much of my day with JOY as possible. When I do this, I can feel the blessing of my existence! I am grateful!
