Hello Soul! How would you like me to practice this today?

My life is always in transition because we are always change from one moment to another. Life is fluid.  It never stays the same!

Daily Word: LET GO, LET GOD.

I let go and let God open my mind and heart to receive.

Reflection:

When my hand is closed it is not open to receive. The same is true for my heart. Daily I must LET GO and LET GOD be GOD. I find comfort in this higher power. When uncomfortable things happen that are not in my control, I can choose to revel in the emotion of fear, or sadness around what happened, or I can choose to release the stress of the situation to the higher power that I choose to call GOD. Whatever your belief system may be, letting go to a power greater than you can be very helpful to staying centered in the potential of joy that can always be found in this life.
