Daily Word: NOW
I am home in the present moment.
Reflection:
In and out are the thoughts that I choose to focus on while I examine my bodies breath. This is how I bring my attention to the present moment. I know what is happening NOW is really where my peace and power lies. The past and the future can hold a lot of anxiety, and I know that I am really not in control of either of those destinations. I thank God for this present moment, and then move on, resting in the calm that it provides.
