My Newborn 7.2 Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. or a cup of almond, rice or coconut milk
- Cup of fresh fruit (berries, 1/3 banana, pineapple, mango or whatever your heart desires)
- I or 2 scoops of 7.2 Shake (powder)
- 1 scoop of 7.2 Greens
- 1/2 bar of frozen unsweetend Acai
- A handful of ice cubes could be coconut water cubes or just water ice cubes.
- Put all of the ingredients in a blinder and mix. Add more liquid to make it less thick.
- I add a teaspoon of Maca powder to my smoothie. Check out the health benefits. (click here)
- I also occasionally add a tbsp. of cocoa powder to give it a chocolate taste.
- This will make a tall 12 oz. Glass.
