Newborn – cleans #2
1. Drink a tall 24 oz. of Kangen water.
2. Have half a grapefruit. ( regular white not pink because of the sugar content)
3. Creamy avocado/vegetable broth soup.
My mother works for my sister Alis, two days a week and so I needed to prepare a lunch and snacks for her to take with her. This consisted of:
1. Avocado/tomato salad with a bit of alfalfa sprouts and some tahini salad dressing.
2. Grape or cherry tomatoes.
3. Grapefruit.
4. Seaweed snacks.
5. Coconut water.
When she arrived back at home. I prepared:
1. Green juice.
2. Creamy avocado/vegetable broth soup.
3. Living humus on a thick slice of tomato.
I encouraged her to continue to drink water whenever possible. Since she was not used to doing this, it was a little uncomfortable at first but she stared to get used to it.
I told her she could have something to snack on whenever she wanted to. These snacks consisted of:
1. Avocado.
2. Tomatoes.
3. Grapefruit.
4. Seaweed snacks.
5. Coconut water.
And any of the other foods that I had introduce to her.
I wanted her to never be hungry, so she wouldn’t have the urge to give in to her cravings. She always felt satisfied, which was a good thing.
I knew when I left that she was on the way to improving her health. Faith is a very important when you are on a mission like mine. All I could do was let go and let God do the rest.
The saying goes:
“Give a person a fish and feed them for a day or teach a person to fish and feed them for a lifetime.”
