Newborn – Coconut/Pumpkin Cream

Cashews – (soaked 4 hours)

Light coconut milk – 1 cup

Coconut butter – 2 tsp

Vanilla powder – 2 tsp

Pumpkin spice – 1 tsp

Mix in a blender until smooth. Â Refrigerate for about an hour to make the consistency like soft-serve ice cream.
You can add buckwheaties and dried coconut on top to add a little crunch.
